Future efforts towards expansion and project sustainability will include:

  1. Establish more Cafdil centers to ensure conductive learning environment and security for technology and equipment on site.

  2. Organize periodic workshops for teachers and facilitators to improve the teaching and learning process.

  3. Establish and deepen the rapport with community leaders to gain their support and collaboration.

  4. Develop partnerships with existing structures with related visions and objectives such as the president’s special initiative on distance learning, the ministry of Education the Ghana education Service, department of  social welfare an community development, and UNICEF.

  5. Network with universities and institutions, which run distance-learning programs in Ghana such as the University of Cape Coast and University of Education, Winneba, and  abroad

  6. Develop partnerships with organizations and existing television and broadcasting companies (CNN, BBC, EWTN, Discovery news and entertainment for the intended target audience.

  7. Set up of an endowment fund and creation of a fundraising unit that will seek sponsorship for the operations of CAFDIL from private companies and organizations, which target the education sector as their major customer or constituency.

  8. To undertake prudent investments to create a viable financial base for the project .

  9. To create and maintain a presence on the internet (website) to actively seek partners with the aim of raising funds for the project and sourcing already existing educational materials that can be adapted to suit the Ghanaian context.

  10. To hire out CAFDIL facilities for video conferencing activities, audio/video production and editing services.
