BISHOP BRENDAN VISITS CAPE COAST ARCHDIOCESES

His Lordship Bishop Brendan J. Cahill, the Bishop of Victoria Diocese in Texas (USA) visited Ghana. The visit was to say “thank you” on behalf of the Dioceses of victoria to the Archdiocese of Cape Coast for providing it with Priests who have served and continue to serve in his Diocese.

The Victoria Diocese currently has 20 Ghanaian Priests serving in various parishes. They lead them in the celebration of the Holy Eucharist, the Recitation of the Holy Rosary, and other priestly duties. He came with Dr. John Corey, a superintendent of school’s to share in the beauty of the Catholic Church in Cape Coast.

It is His Lordship’s prayer that for a united front among all Bishops to bring the healing power of God to the world. This will make the world a peaceful place to live.

 

His visit was climaxed with the celebration of the Holy Mass on Sunday, 3rd July 2022 at the Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Fourth Ridge Cape Coast.
